I can't wait to receive the Woman's Vitality Summit recordings. I listened to about 25% of the sessions so far and I'm just in love! Can't wait to keep listening. Just wanted to share with you that I've listened to your own interview for the Woman's Vitality Summit, and your story matched mine so much (childhood sexual abuse, food sensitivities, perfectionism, auto immune diseases - I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 32, and allergies started more or less in that traumatic period etc) ... I was about to go into a severe depression and had gone to my doctor. He ordered me back the next week. But when I went back the next week my depression was completely gone. He asked me what I had done, never seen anyone recover so quick. I said I had joined the Woman's Vitality Summit, listening and colouring, thinking through my relationships, and getting rid of a nonfunctional relationship with my brother. When I made up my mind mentally, I immediately felt a shift and more energy entering. I still have challenges, but I will never go back again, having to much to experience.
