Total Tox Burden

The Total Tox Burden panel combines the Environmental Toxins, Mycotoxins, and Heavy Metals tests to measure exposure to 39 environmental toxins, 31 mycotoxins, and 20 heavy metals.

If you have NOT filled out patient demographics and/or consulted with Dr. Keesha in the last year, fill out the Patient Demographic Info form. This form MUST be on file to consult with Dr. Keesha. If you have done this form or are an existing client and have been seen within the last year, by pass this.

IMPORTANT: Ordering these laboratory tests requires a 25-minute, Report of Findings Appointment Dr. Keesha. A $298.50 fee for this appointment will be added to your order. Information on how to schedule your appointment will be included in your purchase invoice.

NEW YORK STATE CLIENTS MUST COMPLETE and send WAIVER FORM BACK TO LAB WITH REQUISITION AND TEST KIT. LAB ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THEM.

Available for US and international clients. There is a $60 shipping fee for labs shipped internationally.

International clients: You are responsible for shipping your lab specimen back to the lab in the United States. Customs forms should be displayed on the outside of the return package. Most carriers can provide a clear slip for your custom forms. Use international expedited shipping with FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Make note of your return tracking number for future reference.
