Dr. Keesha’s Massaged Kale Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 large bunches of dinosaur kale
- 2 large avocados cut into small chunks
- 2 apples diced
- ½ purple onion finely sliced
- 2 lemons juiced
- ½ cup organic olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 tsp raw honey
- 2 large bunches of fresh basil
- Ground pepper to taste
- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds

Autoimmune Disease Reversal Made Delicious
Those of you who follow me and know me know that I LOVE fall. I love root vegetables, fall spices, and the crisp feeling in the air. As soon as the temperature outside changes I start roasting butternut squash and making it into all things delicious. One of my favorite foods during the autumn and winter is soup.
