Gossip is defined as casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true. But it’s important to recognize that there’s an exchange of information in order to better understand life, and then there is comparing yourself to others in order to feel better or worse… And both are centered around ego.
When gossip hurts – it’s because there is a false sense of self and ego. So, how do we turn that hurt into growth? What can we learn from it? You have to realize that no one’s words can truly harm YOU (only your Ennea type)! Because while it’s not very difficult to decide not to partake in gossip… you can’t always avoid hearing it from those around you.
In this episode, Dr. Keesha and Regan Claire sit down for an in-depth discussion about why breaking the negative karma of gossip is essential to positive changes in your life!
